Calculate print price & orderTwo-part cover plate for an existing ventilation grid (25 cm x 35 cm), with a connection for a drain hose of 100 mm and a removable winter cap. Developed for use on the inside of a garage or workshop.
The two plate parts connect together. One part contains the hose flange; the other part covers the other grid area. If the hose is not connected, the winter cap can be placed on the flange.
The cap has small vents, distributed over the surface. These limit the open passage, but do not completely seal the connection.

Before ordering, check that the dimensions of the plate and the connection match your grid and drain hose. The vents in the cap are intended for limited air passage; The required ventilation of the room shall be assessed separately.
For PETG Basic with a nozzle of 0.4 mm I would use these settings as starting point.

Put the parts down like this:
- Sheet with flange: flat back on the bed, flange up.
- Dop: perforated flat side on the bed, opening up.
- Fill plate: flat back on the bed; for this you can use 0.20 mm layer height.
The plates are 250 mm long. Therefore, check the available space on your printbed before adding a brim.
Not included with the 3D print; must be purchased separately.
For mounting: suitable screws and, depending on the surface, plugs. Possible washers at the screw slots. Recommended: Compriband or seal band between the cover plate and the substrate. When used as a hose connection: a 100 mm drain hose and a suitable hose clamp.
The creator recommends the following print settings. The default choice ★ gives a good result.
