In the price calculator, you cannot specify the number. This can be done in the shopping cart as the price may be even lower due to a combination of other models and numbers.

A .3mf file is more common but unfortunately you cannot add it to the price calculator. However, you can request a quote or export it yourself to a .stl or .obj file. These file formats contain directly usable data that allows us to process the 3D model. A 3mf file is actually just a folder with a collection of data that can be quite diverse, think of for example preset print settings of a specific printer but also the colors of a manufacturer on the other side of the world that we don't use. In short, they currently contain too much other data to calculate a price in an automatic way. You can simply upload 3mf files via the quotation form.

We try to separate ourselves from the big-tech wherever possible. WhatsApp and other social media are part of this. Although we find technology super fascinating and contribute to development, we do not think customer data should be part of this. Occasionally, we may have contact via WhatsApp but this is more of an absolute exception.

We can certainly take care of this! Unfortunately, this is not always easy. Because we can put in much more than just a multi-color printer. This can save huge amounts of material and costs. We do have multi-color printers but these can sometimes require 10x more material and printing time. For this reason, we only do this through a quote request.
