Fair prices, with no hidden costs
Our software automatically calculates the price of your 3D print based on hundreds of factors. You see the price in advance and never pay unexpected extra charges afterwards.
Since 2013, we have charged no setup fees. Prices are shown including VAT. We never send an extra invoice after your order.
How your price is calculated
- No setup fees
- Combination discount in the cart
- Pay later available (including Klarna)
No hidden costs
The price you see is the price you pay.
Instant insight
Within seconds, you know where you stand.
Design only is also possible
You are not required to have it printed as well.
Fair calculation
Every customer pays according to the same algorithm, without tracking or personalized pricing agreements.
Why is there no fixed price list?
Because no two 3D prints are the same. A 20-gram model might take 20 minutes to print or 8 hours. Weight alone therefore tells only part of the story.
When is the price fixed?
Usually: the price is fixed
Upload your model in the price calculator, choose the material and settings, click Slice and you will see the print price. That price carries over to the cart and checkout.

Human review for exceptions
Although our software assesses most models fully automatically, we always review exceptional situations manually. This helps prevent disappointment and keeps pricing fair.
For example, a model that appears technically sliceable but is not feasible in practice, or an unusually low price for a job requiring a great deal of manual work.
No problem: we can also create the design
Sometimes a 3D design is needed before we can calculate printing costs. Printing afterwards remains completely optional.
-
1
Discuss your idea: Sketch, photo or description; we will think along with you.
-
2
Create 3D model: Often around €60 per hour; for example, fifteen minutes of design work costs €15.
-
3
You approve: You receive the design and decide what to do with it.
-
4
Calculate print price: We provide a minimum–maximum estimate for production.
-
5
You decide: Have it printed by us, elsewhere, or keep only the file.
What happens after you click “Slice”?
Our own software calculates everything in real time. It is one of our flagship features.
Try it without your own file
Open a sample model, change materials and click Slice for a real price. You can also add demos to your cart to test combination discounts (they cannot actually be ordered).
What determines the price?
Our price is not a fixed rate per gram, but the result of hundreds of variables, without AI, cookies or personal tracking.
Example: where does your money go?
Indicative; differs per order
Material & model
Weight, filament type, support and quality determine a large part of the base price.
Production & workload
Print time and machine load are taken into account. When capacity is available, the price may actually be lower.
Combination discount
Multiple items or identical settings in your cart? The unit price may decrease, shown before checkout.
Guideline prices
No fixed rates, but useful reference points to understand our calculator.
